Roofing CRM

A roofing CRM that keeps up with storm season.

Monsoon week: leak calls stacking up, inspections to get to, and estimates you haven't written yet. Vesaya keeps the office moving while you're on a roof: you talk, she drafts, you approve.

The short answer

Vesaya is a roofing CRM for small contractors that you run by talking: leads with their source, inspections, repair and replacement estimates, deposits, crew scheduling and invoices in one app. She drafts each estimate from your price book, follows up on the ones that go quiet, and nothing goes out until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

The pipeline: leads, estimates and jobs, with where each lead came fromThe schedule for the week

Your day

Storm week, without losing a lead

The leak calls

Website leads land marked with their source; calls you add by voice from the ladder. The pipeline shows who still needs an inspection.

Repair or replace

"Tile underlayment repair for the Hendersons, 12 squares." She builds it from your price book and reads the total back.

The deposit

They say yes to the replacement. Book it and she drafts the deposit invoice, so you're not ordering tile on your own dime.

The quiet estimates

Each morning, the estimates with no reply show up with a follow-up drafted. Say yes and it goes.

What you say to her

“Who still needs an inspection?”“Build the Henderson underlayment estimate.”“Book it and send the deposit invoice.”“Which estimates went quiet?”

How it works

You talk. She drafts. You approve.

01

You talk

Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.

02

She drafts

The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.

03

You approve

Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.

Every lead in one place, with where it came from

Storm season means leads from your website, Google, referrals and door-knocking all at once. Each customer carries their source, so you know which ones are worth the money.

Deposits before materials

When a customer books, she drafts the deposit invoice with a Square pay link. The job shows Deposit paid once it's in, and the balance invoice is ready when the job is done.

Crews see their roofs, not your books

Crew get each job by text with the address and notes, and tap On my way and Done. Out of the box they don't see other customers or money.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I take a deposit before ordering materials?

Yes. Book the job and she drafts the deposit invoice; the job shows Deposit paid once it's in. The balance invoice is ready when the job is done.

Does it follow up on estimates for me?

She brings you every estimate with no reply, with a follow-up drafted. Nothing goes until you say yes.

How do I get paid?

When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.

Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.

What does it cost?

$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
