HVAC software
HVAC software for the owner who is also the tech.
You're in an attic at 2 PM in July and three no-cool calls just came in. Vesaya keeps the office moving while you work: you talk, she drafts, you approve.
The short answer
Vesaya is HVAC software for small businesses: customers, estimates, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing in one app you run by talking. She builds estimates from your own price book, sends your techs their jobs by text, flags late invoices and drafts the reminder. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

Your day
A Phoenix July, handled from the truck
The no-cool call
Add the caller by voice from the driveway, or let your website form drop the lead in with its source marked. Say "book Rivera for 4 and send Mike" and Mike gets the job by text.
The changeout estimate
"Three-ton heat pump changeout for Rivera." She builds it from your price book: equipment, labor, permit. She reads the total back before anything goes.
The tech finds more work
Mike sends a voice message from the attic: the return duct is crushed. You hear it between jobs, say "go ahead", and he gets your answer.
The money
When the job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK with a Square pay link. Late ones get flagged each morning with the reminder already drafted.
What you say to her
How it works
You talk. She drafts. You approve.
01
You talk
Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.
02
She drafts
The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.
03
You approve
Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.
Your prices, not a guess
Load your price book once (equipment, labor, permits, your tune-up price) and every estimate she drafts uses it. Say a price out loud and she uses that one instead. When the customer says yes, book the job and she drafts the deposit invoice.
The busy season is when the office falls apart
Each morning she gives you the few things that need you: estimates with no reply, invoices past due, voice messages from your techs. Everything else waits until you have a minute, and nothing goes out without your OK.
Your techs see their jobs, and that's it
Techs get each job by text with a link to tap On my way, I'm here and Done, with no login. With a seat, they see their schedule in the app and talk to the office hands-free. Out of the box they don't see other customers or money.
Questions
Straight answers.
Is Vesaya a full HVAC field service management system?
It covers the office work a small HVAC shop does every day: leads and where they came from, estimates, scheduling and dispatch, invoices and payments. It's built for an owner with a few techs, not for multi-location operations with a call center.
Do my techs need to pay or download anything?
No. Your plan includes you plus any 2 seats. Techs without a seat still get each job by text, with links to tap On my way and Done.
How do I get paid?
When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.
Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.
What does it cost?
$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
