Vesaya is an AI assistant for contractors that you talk to. She gives you a morning brief out loud, answers questions about your customers, jobs and money, drafts estimates, invoices and reminders, and carries voice messages between you and your crew. A driving mode keeps it to one thing at a time. She listens only when you tap the mic, and nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

English and Spanish
With the app in Español, you can talk to her in Spanish and she answers in Spanish. Talking in Spanish is in beta: we're still tuning it.

Can I use it while driving?
Driving mode is built for it: full screen, one thing at a time, read out loud, answer "yes" or "later". Mount your phone and keep your hands on the wheel. Anything that needs the screen waits until you park.
Can she send things on her own?
No. She drafts and you approve. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.
How do I get paid?
When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.
Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.
