Electrical contractor software

Electrical contractor software for the owner on the job.

Panel upgrades, EV chargers and service calls, and you're the one holding the meter. Vesaya runs the office while you work: you talk, she drafts, you approve.

The short answer

Vesaya is electrical contractor software for small shops: customers, estimates, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing in one app you run by talking. She drafts estimates from your price book, sends the right person by skill (an apprentice is never sent alone), and has the invoice ready when the job is done. Nothing goes out until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

Dispatch: picking who goes to a jobA drafted estimate with line items from the price book, ready to send

Your day

An electrician's day, run by voice

The panel upgrade

"200 amp panel upgrade for Ben Ortiz, with the permit." She builds it from your price book and reads the total back before it goes.

The right person on the job

Give each person skills: estimator, install, service, apprentice. Dispatch suggests by skill, and an apprentice is never sent alone.

The deposit

The customer says yes to the EV charger install. Book it, and she drafts the deposit invoice. The job shows Deposit paid once it's in.

The money

When the job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK with a Square pay link. Late invoices are flagged each morning, reminder drafted.

What you say to her

“Build Ben a 200 amp panel upgrade estimate.”“Who can take the Ward service call tomorrow?”“Book the charger install and send the deposit invoice.”“Who still owes me?”

How it works

You talk. She drafts. You approve.

01

You talk

Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.

02

She drafts

The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.

03

You approve

Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.

Estimates in your prices

Your price book holds your panel, circuit, fixture and permit prices. Every estimate starts from it, and you can say a different price for one job.

Licensed work goes to licensed people

Skills keep the schedule honest: dispatch suggests who fits, and apprentices ride with a lead instead of going alone. Helpers can ride along without a seat.

You decide who sees what

Out of the box, crews only see their own jobs. You open up more person by person: let an estimator send estimates, or show a lead the crew's whole week.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I keep apprentices from going out alone?

Yes. Give each person skills (estimator, install, service, apprentice). Dispatch suggests by skill, and an apprentice is never sent alone.

Can my estimator send estimates without me?

If you allow it. You set permissions person by person: an estimator or your office can send estimates, or every one can wait for your OK.

How do I get paid?

When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.

Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.

What does it cost?

$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
