Estimate app for contractors
An estimate app where you say the job and approve the estimate.
No more estimates at 10 PM. Say the job in the driveway, look it over, say yes. Vesaya does the typing.
The short answer
Vesaya is an estimate app for contractors that you run by talking. Say the job ("50 gallon water heater, install and haul away") and she builds the estimate from your own price book, reads the total back, and sends it by text when you say yes. Estimates with no reply come back to you with a follow-up drafted. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

Your day
From the driveway to sent, in about a minute
Say it
"50 gallon gas water heater for Maria Gonzalez, install and haul away, plus the permit."
She builds it
Line items come from your price book, so the price is yours, not a guess. Say a different price and she uses that one.
Change it by talking
"Make it a 40 gallon." "Take 50 off the install." No hunting for the right field on a small screen.
Read back, then sent
She reads the total back in full. Say "send it" and it goes by text to the number on file.
What you say to her
How it works
You talk. She drafts. You approve.
01
You talk
Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.
02
She drafts
The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.
03
You approve
Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.
Your price book does the math
Load your prices once: parts, equipment, labor, permits, your flat rates. Every estimate starts from them, which keeps your prices the same from job to job.
Follow-ups without remembering
Every estimate stays open until it's won or lost. The ones with no reply come back in your morning brief with a follow-up drafted. Say yes and it goes.
Yes turns into a job and a deposit
When the customer says yes, book the job and she drafts the deposit invoice with a Square pay link. The job shows Deposit paid once it's in.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do I need to type the estimate?
No. Say the job and she drafts it. You can type or tap to edit if you'd rather.
Where do the prices come from?
Your own price book, loaded once. If you say a price out loud, she uses that one.
Does anything go to the customer without my OK?
No. Every estimate waits for your yes, on screen or by saying "send it".
How do I get paid?
When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.
Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.
What does it cost?
$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
