Plumbing software
Plumbing software for the plumber who still turns the wrench.
A burst pipe at 6 AM, a water heater at noon, and the estimates pile up for tonight. Vesaya does the office work while you're under the sink: you talk, she drafts, you approve.
The short answer
Vesaya is plumbing software for small businesses: customers, estimates, scheduling, dispatch and invoicing in one app you run by talking. Say the job and she drafts the estimate in your own prices, sends your helper the address by text, and has the invoice ready when the work is done. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

Your day
A plumber's day, without the paperwork at night
The water heater
"50 gallon gas water heater for Maria, install and haul away, plus the permit." She builds it from your price book and shows you the total. "Make it a 40 gallon" changes it.
The emergency call
A leak comes in while you're on another job. Say "book Ortiz at 3 and send Luis" and Luis gets the address, the notes and the gate code by text.
The estimate that went quiet
The repipe you quoted last week has no reply. It shows up in your morning brief with a follow-up drafted. Say yes and it goes.
The money
When the job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK with a Square pay link. Customer pays by Zelle instead? Tell her and she records it.
What you say to her
How it works
You talk. She drafts. You approve.
01
You talk
Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.
02
She drafts
The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.
03
You approve
Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.
Your flat rates, every time
Your price book holds your flat rates and parts: water heaters by size, drain clearing, fixture installs, permits. Every estimate she drafts starts from it, so the price you quote from a crawlspace matches the price you quote from the office.
Read back before it goes
Estimates and invoices are read back to you in full before they go, and nothing reaches a customer until you say so. Change anything by talking, the way you'd tell an office manager.
Helpers get the job, not the whole business
Helpers and techs get each job by text with a link to tap On my way, I'm here and Done. Out of the box they only see their own jobs: no other customers, no money.
Questions
Straight answers.
Does it handle flat-rate pricing?
Yes. Put your flat rates in your price book once and she uses them in every estimate. You can always say a different price for one job.
Is it built for big plumbing companies?
No. It's built for an owner-operator or a small shop with a few plumbers and helpers, where the owner is also doing the work.
How do I get paid?
When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.
Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.
What does it cost?
$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
