CRM for painting contractors

A CRM for painting contractors who'd rather be painting.

You walk a house, measure, and then the estimate waits until 10 PM. With Vesaya you say it in the driveway: she drafts, you approve.

The short answer

Vesaya is a CRM for painting contractors that you run by talking: customers, estimates, scheduling, crews and invoices in one app. Say the job in the driveway and she builds the estimate from your rates, follows up on bids that go quiet, sends the crew the address by text and has the invoice ready when the last coat's dry. Nothing goes out until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

Vesaya reading an estimate back out loud before it goesNeeds you: voice messages from the crew and a drafted estimate waiting for the owner

Your day

From walkthrough to paid, by voice

The walkthrough

"Interior repaint for the Patels: living room, hallway and two bedrooms, walls and trim." She builds it from your rates before you're out of the driveway.

Read back, then sent

She reads the estimate back in full. Say yes and it goes by text. Change anything by talking.

The bids that go quiet

Each morning she shows you the estimates with no reply, follow-up drafted. Say yes and it goes.

The money

Book the job and she drafts the deposit invoice. When it's done, the balance invoice is ready with a Square pay link.

What you say to her

“Build the Patel interior estimate.”“Add trim to the hallway.”“Which bids haven't heard back?”“Send the crew to Patel Monday at 8.”

How it works

You talk. She drafts. You approve.

01

You talk

Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.

02

She drafts

The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.

03

You approve

Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.

Your rates, not a spreadsheet

Put your rates in the price book once: by room, by square foot, trim, cabinets, exterior by the story. Every estimate she drafts starts from it, and you can say a different price for one job.

Bids don't slip through the cracks

Every estimate stays in the pipeline until it's won or lost. The ones that go quiet come back to you each morning with the follow-up written.

Crews get the job, the address and the notes

Each person gets the job by text and taps On my way, I'm here and Done. You see it live, without calling around.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can I price by room or by square foot?

Yes. Your price book holds whatever units you use, and every estimate starts from it.

Does it work in Spanish for my crew?

The app is in Spanish (tap Español), and with the app in Español you can talk to her in Spanish. Talking in Spanish is in beta: we're still tuning it. Crew without the app get job texts with links to tap.

How do I get paid?

When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.

Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.

What does it cost?

$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
