Delete your Vesaya account

Updated October 14, 2026

Vesaya, by Viridia Analytics LLC. How to delete your Vesaya account and its data, what gets deleted, and what's kept. You don't need to sign in to read this page.

How to delete your account

In the app: 1. Sign in at app.vesaya.app (or open the Vesaya app on your phone). 2. Go to Settings → Legal & privacy. 3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email: write to privacy@vesaya.app from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your Vesaya account. We'll check it's really you, delete it for you, and reply to confirm.

If you're the business owner

Deleting the owner's account deletes the whole business: 30 days after you ask, every team member's sign-in and all of the business's data are permanently deleted.

Your plan stops renewing the moment you ask, so nothing more is charged.

During those 30 days you can change your mind (Settings → Legal & privacy → Keep my account) or ask for a copy of your data (Settings → Legal & privacy → Download my data, or email privacy@vesaya.app).

If you're a crew member or office staff

Deleting your account removes your sign-in right away. The jobs, messages and records you worked on belong to the business, so they stay with the owner. Ask the owner if you want something removed from them.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in: email address, password and sign-in settings, and your phone's notification token.

Everything in the business (when the owner deletes): customers and their contact details, leads, estimates, invoices and payment records, jobs and the schedule, notes, photos and the logo, team messages including voice recordings and their transcripts, business settings, the lead form and booking page, usage counts, the business's security log, and our stored access to any Square, Stripe, QuickBooks or Google account it connected.

What's kept, and for how long

Backups: deleted data stays in our encrypted backups until they roll off, within 35 days.

Payments: Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own records of payments made for your Vesaya plan, for as long as the law requires it to.

Your own connected accounts: invoices and calendar events Vesaya created in your own Square, Stripe, QuickBooks or Google account stay there. Delete them in that account if you want them gone.

Messages already sent: emails and texts that already reached your customers can't be taken back.

The website waitlist (if you joined it) is separate: email privacy@vesaya.app to delete it now, or it's deleted within 12 months if you never start a plan.

We keep anything else only if the law requires us to.
