CRM for contractors
The CRM for contractors you run by talking.
Most contractor software expects someone at a desk. If you're the owner and the office, Vesaya is the office manager you talk to: you talk, she drafts, you approve.
The short answer
Vesaya is a CRM for contractors and home service businesses: customers with the lead source they came from, estimates from your price book, scheduling and dispatch, crew job texts, invoices with a Square pay link, and a morning brief of what needs you. You run it by talking from the truck, and nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

Your day
What a contractor CRM should do, in plain words
Keep every lead
Every customer in one list with where they came from and what's open. Website form leads land on their own; calls and referrals you add by voice.
Write the estimate
Say the job and she builds it from your price book. She reads the total back, and it goes when you say yes.
Send the crew
Each person gets the job by text with the address and notes, and taps On my way, I'm here and Done.
Get paid
The invoice is ready when the job is done, with a Square pay link. Late invoices come back to you each morning, reminder drafted.
What you say to her
How it works
You talk. She drafts. You approve.
01
You talk
Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.
02
She drafts
The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.
03
You approve
Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.
Built by someone from the trades
Vesaya was built by Kevin Rogers, a former shower installer and cabinet finisher who then spent five years running ads for home service businesses. It's the app he wanted on the truck: one that you ask things, instead of one you feed at night.
She drafts, you approve
Vesaya never sends anything on her own. Estimates and invoices are read back in full, money items need your OK, and nothing reaches a customer until you say so.
For owners, office and crews
Your plan includes you plus any 2 seats. Office staff get one list of approvals; crews see only their own jobs unless you open up more. Crew without a seat still get every job by text.
Questions
Straight answers.
What is a CRM for contractors?
A place that keeps every customer, lead, estimate, job and invoice together, so nothing lives only in your head or your texts. Vesaya adds a voice assistant on top: you ask what's going on and tell her what to do.
Which trades is Vesaya built for?
Home service trades with an owner in the field: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, lawn care, roofing, painting and cleaning, and others that run on estimates, jobs and invoices.
How do I get paid?
When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.
Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.
What does it cost?
$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
