Landscaping and lawn care
The landscaping and lawn care app you can run with gloves on.
You're behind a mower or on a paver install with dirt to your elbows while the leads come in. Typing at every stop isn't happening. With Vesaya you talk: she drafts, you approve.
The short answer
Vesaya is a landscaping and lawn care app and CRM: customers, leads by source, estimates, scheduling and invoicing in one app you run by talking. She files each lead with where it came from, builds cleanup, mowing and install estimates from your price book, sends the crew the address by text and shows which lead sources bring in money. Nothing goes out until you approve it. $119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that.

Your day
A landscaping week, without stopping to type
The neighbor who flags you down
"New customer, Jen Ward, 1475 Cholla Court, wants a quote on a fall cleanup." She adds the customer while you load the trailer. Website form leads land on their own, marked with their source.
The install estimate
"Paver patio, 400 square feet, plus drip for the front beds." She builds it from your price book and reads the total back before it goes.
The crew
Each person gets the job by text with the address and the notes ("gate code 4417, dog in the back"), and taps On my way and Done. You see it live.
What pays off
Every customer carries the lead source they came from, and the pipeline shows leads and money collected by source, so you know which ones are worth the money.
What you say to her
How it works
You talk. She drafts. You approve.
01
You talk
Tap the mic and say it the way you'd tell an office manager.
02
She drafts
The customer, the estimate, the invoice, the job text, the reminder.
03
You approve
Money is read back in full. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.
Leads don't get lost in a text thread
Every customer sits in one list with where they came from (your website, Google, Yelp, a referral) and their open jobs or money due. The homeowner who called in March is still there when they call again in October.
Install estimates in your prices
Pavers by the square foot, sod by the pallet, irrigation by the zone, your labor rate: put it in your price book once and every estimate uses it. Book the job and she drafts the deposit invoice.
Your crew leads see what you let them see
Out of the box, crews only see their own jobs. You can show a crew lead the whole week, or let them talk to the office hands-free with a walkie-talkie button.
Questions
Straight answers.
Can I see which lead source brings in the money?
Yes. Every customer carries where they came from, and the pipeline shows leads and money collected by source.
Is it for lawn care too, or only landscaping?
Both. Mowing, cleanups, aeration, installs and irrigation repair are all jobs: quote them, book them, send the crew and invoice when done. There's no separate lawn care app to buy.
Does it work for irrigation repair as well as installs?
Yes. Service calls and installs are both jobs: book them, send someone, invoice when done. Your irrigation prices go in the price book like everything else.
How do I get paid?
When a job is done, the invoice is ready for your OK. It goes out with a pay link from your own Square and marks itself paid when the customer pays. QuickBooks and Stripe are coming soon. Take Zelle, cash or check? Tell her ("Ben paid 500 by Zelle") and she records it.
Can I bring my customers over from another app or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your customer export (most software can make a spreadsheet) and we move your customers and open jobs over for you. You don't retype anything.
What does it cost?
$119 a month for you plus any 2 seats (crew or office), $25 a month for each seat after that. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time. Every price is on the pricing page.
